1- Our office staff will reach out to you to confirm the appointment time and details usually 1- 2 days before your appointment
2- On the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to communicate with your doctor
3- The link will ask permission to access the camera and microphone on your device; you will be connected to your doctor
4- It is recommended to have a good internet connection during the visit
